  • How does coaching work? (virtual, how often?) - We recommend meeting at least once a week either virtually or via a phone call at the start of the process. We work to customize a schedule and cadence that works best for you!

  • What kinds of businesses do you work with? - We work with a wide variety of businesses across multiple industries. Our initial consultation will help us determine if we would be a good fit for you and your business. 

  • How long does a typical engagement last? - The duration of our engagement will be entirely based upon your needs and goals for coaching. Sometimes 3-4 months is plenty of time and sometimes real change can take years to implement. 

  • What does the free consultation include? - Our free initial consultation gives us a chance to spend a few moments together learning about one another to see if we might be a good fit to work together. We will do a review of your business/goals to determine where you are and where you want to go.
